GOLDEN APARTMENTS KRAKÓW REGULATIONS: INTRODUCTION These Regulations define the terms and conditions under which apartments can be booked and rented. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these Regulations. Golden Apartments Kraków reserves the right to refuse a reservation. Entity responsible for conducting business: Golden Art Show Halina Kasprzak Osiedle Tysiąclecia 85 31-616 Kraków NIP: 8132985416 Regon: 384054870 Advance payment for reservation Advance payment of reservations is made by completing and submitting the reservation form available on the website www.krakowapartamenty.com.pl. An amount of 20% of the reservation value is required within 72 hours. The advance payment can be paid by bank transfer, BLIK by phone, or in cash at the company's office. Details will be provided in the email correspondence. The Advance Payment is refundable according to the rules described in Section 5 of these Regulations. If the advance payment is not paid, the reservation will be canceled. 1. SMOKING OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND E-CIGARETTES IS PROHIBITED. If a Guest is found to be violating this provision, they will be subject to a fine of PLN 300. 2. ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. In special cases, we allow ONE medium-sized pet to stay. The fee is PLN 50/day + PLN 300 refundable deposit. For violating this provision, the Guest will be subject to a fine of PLN 300. 3. EVENTS, including hen and stag parties, birthdays, name days, and other family or social gatherings, are PROHIBITED. For violating this provision, the Guest will be subject to a fine of PLN 300 and will be asked to leave the apartment immediately without a refund. 4. IT IS PROHIBITED TO REMOVE apartment equipment, including kitchen equipment: cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, etc. If any equipment is missing, the Guest will be charged for the purchase of a new one. 5. Guests can cancel their reservation FREE OF CHARGE up to 5 days before arrival. In this case, they will receive the full amount of the reservation or advance paiment. If a reservation is canceled within 4-1 days before arrival, the advance payment or the entire reservation amount will not be refunded. In special cases, such as sudden illness, accident, etc. (documented), the advance payment may be applied to a subsequent reservation. However, if the full amount is paid, the fee for one night will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be transferred to the subsequent reservation. In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show, the Guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation, minus the cleaning fee. 6. During the New Year's Eve period and in special cases, at the Landlord's discretion, a refundable security deposit of PLN 300 is charged, which is refundable within 3 business days of the end of the rental period. The deposit serves as security in the event of: - violation of the regulations - intentional or accidental damage to the apartment's furnishings (including kitchen equipment: plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, cutlery) - excessive cleaning than would be required based on the number of days the apartment is normally used - extension of the check-in time without prior consultation with the Landlord 7. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. For larger apartments, check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Details are provided in each offer. 8. Other costs and fees for additional services are detailed in each offer. 9. Nighttime quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 PM. The fine for violating this rule is PLN 300. Guests may be asked to leave the apartment immediately without a refund if law enforcement intervenes. 10. GOLDEN ART SHOW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT BY GUESTS IN THE APARTMENT. THE PERSON MAKING THE BOOKING CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
